Austin started 9th for the FedEX 400 benefiting Autism Speaks in Dover. There has been a lot of action up in the front a
lot of passing taking place. With 9 laps in Austin is in 10th there is still a lot of passing. Austin has gone back 1 spot Austin has been impressive this year so far with good finishes each weekend. Austin is a very talented young driver , I can see him trying to fight his way into the chase this year. I hate how everyone say that Austin got the ride handed to him because of who his Grandfather is, his grandfather is Richard Childress owner of R C R and  because Austin drives for him they say it was handed to him which is so wrong.  Austin has worked his way up just like everyone Else has he already has championships to his name he has earned his way into this sport if Richard did not think he was ready he wouldn't have moved him to full time last year because of who he is means nothing.

Austin has moved his self back into 11th he has been staying up front for all 53 of the 400 laps so far up to this point there has been no caution. First caution then came out Austin was in 10th before that had come out.Pit Stops have begun under the caution flag I had been mostly all single file after that restart Austin was fighting Kurt Busch for 9th and passed him. Austin has slipped back into 12 Austin has drifted back to 16th position still mainly single file racing up front. With 130 laps are now complete Austin is in 17th right now. There is a lot of traffic up in front of the pack. Green flag stops is now underway. Austin is currently 15th but because of his stop he was now in 24th, caution than came out for the 17 hitting the wall.  On the restart there was a lot of double file racing. Austin is now battling for 12th the race is starting to get very good now. Caution is now out for a wreck for Denny Hamlin Clint Bowyer cause Denny to spin out and Kurt Bush got  tangled up into it.  Because of the spin. With 13 laps to go Austin made a pit stop and is one lap down now he was in 18th at this point.  I don't knew where he finish because i missed last part of the race but good job by the 3 crew.
